Search Schedules Grid View

Scheduled searches appear in the Search Schedules grid view. The grid view allows you to view the last search and the next search that is scheduled along with a link to the job and ability to edit or suspend a search.

Last/Next

Selecting the hyper link to the last or next search will automatically load the search results grid associated with your scheduled search. If you are viewing the last search, your results grid will display any relevant information for endpoints that have returned results for the search. Any endpoints that have not yet responded to the search request will be reflected in the Endpoints grid of the search results page. Selecting the next search will direct you to a queued job waiting to run in the future.

Job

Selecting the job hyperlink will display the searches contained in that job, queued searches.

Add a Search

Selecting the "Add a Search" allows you to edit the search criteria of a scheduled search. The Search Criteria page will open and you can change your search parameters.

Suspend

If you wish to suspend (stop) a scheduled search, simply select the "suspend" button. When a search is suspended it will drop to the bottom of your search schedules grid and will be grayed out.

Activate

To activate (start) a scheduled search, simply select the "Activate" button.
