Console Licensing


The Heureka Console is licensed according to your sales contract or the time allocated in your POC agreement. If you see the message listed at the right when logging in, it means that your console license has expired. You may contact your Heureka sales rep or agent to obtain a new license. You may also contact support@heurekasoftware.com for help in obtaining and installing your license.

A 30 day notification bar will be displayed at the top of your Heureka console interface stating that your license is going to expire. You may renew your license at any point during the notification time or before.



Installing your Heureka License (Login Page)

An updated license will be provided in the form of a text file. From the login screen, you may simply select the "Browse" button and browse to the Heureka provided license file and select the arrow to import. You will receive a message that your license has been successfully updated and immediately shown the login screen.


Updating your Heureka License

If you need to update your Heureka Console license, you may navigate to the Configuration drop-down under your User area and select "Configuration". Select "Update License" and then select the Browse button and browse to your newly provided software license.
