Search Schedules Grid View
Scheduled searches appear in the Search Schedules grid view. Your grid view allows you to view the last search and the next search that has been scheduled along with a link to the job and ability to edit or suspend a search
Last/Next
Selecting the hyper link to the last or next search will automatically load the search results grid associated with your scheduled search. If you are viewing the last job, your results grid will display any relevant information for endpoints that were online and capable of returning results. Selecting the next search will direct you to a queued job waiting to run in the future.
Job
Selecting the job hyperlink will automatically load the job and display all the search names along with queued jobs.
Add a Search
Selecting the "Add a Search" allows you to edit the search criteria of a scheduled search. The Search Criteria page will open and you can change your search parameters.
Suspend
If you wish to suspend (stop) a scheduled search, simply select the "suspend" button. When a search is suspended it will drop to the bottom of your search schedules grid and will be grayed out.
Activate
To activate (star) a scheduled search, simply select the "Activate" button.
